""Donkey and I were excited to try A Hot Hideout at Cineleisure Orchard, especially after seeing all the great reviews! We wanted to see if the hype was real. The restaurant is gorgeous – super modern and a great place to snap some pictures. The Mala Collagen Soup (we went with the less spicy option) was really tasty, and the deep-fried ingredients added a great crunch! The soup was so flavorful we finished the whole bowl! The ice milk tea is seriously good, you have to try it. However, the service was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed to be mostly students, and the whole queuing process was confusing and disorganized. We weren't sure if we should seat ourselves or order first, even though there were empty tables. It would have been so much nicer if someone had shown us to a table, especially with the queue! Overall, A Hot Hideout has delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere, but they really need to work on improving their service and making the queuing process smoother. "Good Service, Good Quality, But Food Portion is Very little for Medium Veges and Sweet&SourPORK we ordered. Chilli Crab was good but Gravy also very little. Fried Scallop Yam was Very Nice and kept to standard. Our Fav! we tried the Lambchop, very good Steam Fish was fresh & great!!"

"The fish and chips is excellent! Curry sauce was just nice, the tartar sauce match perfectly with the fish and chips. We choose Saba fish and it already tasted good, would like to try Haddock next time. We also love theirs passion Sea Lychee! Would visit again"

"This was seriously yummy 😋 The big shrimp with vermicelli and garlic 🍤 — juicy prawns on silky vermicelli drenched in garlicky goodness. Stir-fried pork with chili was tender, flavourful, and packed with that bold kick. The stir-fried kampung chicken with tea oil was fragrant, juicy, and so comforting. Pan-seared green chilies with century egg were smoky, creamy, and strangly addictive. The meal came together perfectly with wuchang steamed rice with sweet potato and red dates 🍚🍠🍒 — fragrant, slightly sweet, a perfect balance to all the bold flavours. Ended with a warm, chewy glutinous rice cake with brown sugar for dessert. Satisfying hehe Definitely coming back!"

"Had a wonderful dining experience at Song Gye OK Korean BBQ at Centrepoint. The quality of the meat was excellent—fresh, well-marinated, and grilled to perfection. The side dishes were generous and constantly replenished, adding great variety to the meal. There is also free flow of ginseng soup! What impressed me most was the attentive and friendly service. The staff were proactive in helping with the grilling and regularly checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory without being intrusive. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the combination of quality food, good service, and a welcoming environment made this a very satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend Song Gye OK to anyone looking for authentic Korean BBQ in town and will be returning again."

"I had such a lovely dining experience at Merci Marcel Orchard. The highlight of the meal was definitely the ravioli perfectly cooked, rich, and incredibly flavourful. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed throughout. A special shoutout to Steven, who took excellent care of us during the meal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, a fantastic spot for great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed the buffet. The quality of the food is worthy of 5 star. Seafood was fresh, especially the oysters and 🦀... I especially enjoyed the laksa. The broth was thick and has deep rich flavours. Pan seared fois gras melt in your mouth! Delicious!! Desserts section was colourful!"

"Came to Modu Samgyetang at Mandarin Gallery not knowing what to expect, and honestly left very impressed. We ordered the perilla seed samgyetang and the hangover samgyetang both were surprisingly delicious. The broths were rich, deeply flavoured, and clearly made with care. And the portions? Way more generous than expected for the price. Really good value. What made the experience stand out though was the service. John was attentive and sharp, despite how busy the restaurant was, he came over promptly, walked us through the dishes, and made us feel well taken care of without being intrusive. You could tell he genuinely knew the menu. Xin Yi was also excellent at managing the floor coordinating the seating flow smoothly even when the place was packed. That kind of behind-the-scenes coordination often goes unnoticed, but it’s what keeps a busy restaurant running well."

"Had a great dining experience at Josh’s Grill. Service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. The food was excellent — the prawn aglio olio was a standout, with generous prawns, well-balanced flavours, and perfectly cooked pasta. Other dishes were equally satisfying and well presented.
