JUMBO Seafood - ION Orchard

Good Service, Good Quality, But Food Portion is Very little for Medium Veges and Sweet&SourPORK we ordered. Chilli Crab was good but Gravy also very little. Fried Scallop Yam was Very Nice and kept to standard. Our Fav! we tried the Lambchop, very good Steam Fish was fresh & great!!

We made reservations online and had no wait when we arrived. However, they told us we had an hour and 45 minutes to eat…? I have never been given a time limit at a non AYCE restaurant. During the meal, there was an auntie who kept watching over us, as if to give us pressure to eat quickly. I really did not like this at all. Aside from that aspect, the food was very good. We enjoyed the black pepper crab more than the chilli crab and will definitely order that in the future.

We went to Jumbo for lunch on a Sunday, without making reservation. We were accommodated by the kind receptionist. It took a long time for our food to be ready, most likely because we ordered a life fish. The fish was fresh, well prepared with good Nongnya sauce. Highly recommended. The vegetables dish was good. Thick shitake mushrooms was well prepared.

Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Jumbo Seafood @ ION Orchard! The food was truly awesome — every dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. From the fresh seafood to the rich sauces, everything was so satisfying and memorable. A special shoutout to Zhu Lan for the excellent service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed throughout the meal. Her warm hospitality really elevated the whole experience. The flavors are well-balanced and layered — the chili crab and cereal prawns were particularly memorable, and honestly, every dish was enjoyable. The environment is comfortable, the service is attentive yet unobtrusive, and the entire experience feels smooth and well-paced. It’s not about theatrical “wow” moments, but rather a place you naturally want to return to for its reliable quality。Zhu Lan provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was attentive, warm, and very professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you! A very good restaurant, with a genuinely great dining experience.
