"Chanced upon this Fantastic family owned restaurant located in the heart of Sunset Way. Nicely situated at a corner. Has seats indoors and outdoors. Nicely ventilated. The portions are generous and deliciously made from scratch. Their pumpkin soup is very flavourful. Their butter walnut cake is not too oily. Their signature dish: oxtail stew. The meat was soft and melted in my mouth. Wasn't rubbery. Flavourful. Would recommend. Their hotplate dishes reminded me of the old school western meals we had. Steak, fresh prawns, german sausage... Baked potato with the spreads produced a great combination Their waiters are very friendly and attentive. Their boss Mr Jeremy Say was very approachable, not pushy and made good recommendations too. Special shout out to Ms Wong. Found out that she has been working with the company for more than 15years already. This store has been around since the 1980s, and (fairly recently) moved to this neighbourhood for the past 5yrs, hopefully for many more years!"

"I read good reviews about the roasted chicken that it is soft, tender and juicy, somewhat like Kenny Rogers. But it was real disappointment that mine came out dry and overcooked, definitely not juicy. Just the taste is good. The risotto is watery on the base, taste is ok. The waffle chicken is regular. The smoked chicken truffle carbonara is good. Overall the food is above average, but for that price, I expect it to be better. Ambience is good, in a nice HDB neighbourhood, soft music background, clean and new interior, and not too crowded on a PH when I patronized. Vegetarian options are indicated in menu."

"It’s a nice place to relax and unwind. Pretty chill out vibes. Food wise is decent. Ordered the pork ribs and rib-eye streak and pizza. Nothing to shout out but no complaints either. Steak was cooked medium rare the way I wanted it."
