"Shahabuttin is friendly, punctual and efficient. He assessed, diagnosed and explained the issue in full detail and offered me solutions. I decided to proceed with the standard deep clean as I am on a budget. The entire process for 3 air conditioning units took approximately 1 hour which far exceeded my expectation. I was so impressed that I purchased the quarterly package. I highly recommend his service to all"

"Highly recommended SG Airconman Pte Ltd! I engaged them to install a full set of Mitsubishi system 4 with standless steel bracket. The technician, Chun Wei and his teammate did a fantastic job. The entire installation was completed quickly in just 6 hours. Before they left, they also took time to briefly explain how to operate the system and what to avoid to prevent buildup. The pricing was reasonable and including new casing and copper pipe insulation. The Aircon has been working flawlessly so far and run super quietly! Super happy with their efficiency and quality of work!"

"I agree with most of the reviews that they are good. But this service really left a bad taste for me. They recommended a chemical clean for 3 of my fancoils despite 2 of them having been chemically cleaned by them just around 5 months ago. Usually you dont expect to have to chemical clean a fancoil twice within 6 months when the blower is just dirty, and it leaves one wondering if they just wanted to upsell at every opportunity."

"Worst service experience, very disappointed with their service and follow up. will not buy from them again. 1. I am giving this personal experience review, hoping that other potential customers are aware of potential substandard service, which I experienced, when buying from here. 2. Pls dont fall for this trap. The sales staff, Hester fm IMM was good and promised that the best service will be offered by the team. They have lots of trophies and awards displayed at shop. Display can be misleading. In the end, no follow up was given after the not so nice service experienced during installation. 3. Scheduling team, Charles: messaged that the installation team will arrive around 11am to 1pm. I asked them to let me know in advance before coming over. No prior notice and they arrived at 9.30am. BTW, he messaged at the end to say they will follow up on the complaints after the feedback on Monday 9Mar, today is sat, 14 Mar. I have heard nothing, hence this review. 4. Johnny the installer who came with Hussain, told me my casing is good so don’t change and the metal piping I have is 16mm while theirs is 13mm, so suggested I don’t change. Coz changing new 16mm one will costs extra $80. I asked Charles to update the same person, Hester as Hester promised us all will be done properly and yet was informed that she is in a meeting, uncontactable. 5. I asked them to change the outer casing, which they said ok, but gave me substandard of multi-cut pieces. Asked them and scheduling team to change, where they said ok to, and yet the next minute, they sealed the casing with silicon.They said to change the casing they would have to come back another day to do, which they would not be doing. 6. The casement was not pasted properly and the stain marks were all around the casing and my doors, which I had to ask them to clean up, but eventually had to clean up on my own as was not done even after few reminders. They also left cement stains on my basin and flooring. 7. They don’t bring their own broom, had to give them my new broom to sweep all the dusty thrash with. The cleaning was substandard leaving screws they dropped on the floor. 8. The service is bad, what were promised were never fulfilled, just hope the product-aircon, unlike the services, will be in good condition. I am utterly disappointed for choosing this company."

"Landlord-preferred servicing company, no problems with them so far. Reasonable prices, speedy responses on WhatsApp, technicians who come to do the work are neat and good. Past reviews of varying levels of expertise / care within their team rings true - one of our apartment’s AC units had rattling vents. We’ve had 3 rounds of (chemical and quarterly) cleaning done before the most recent appointment, where one of their technicians repaired it for us. Unfortunately we did not note his name down, but very grateful for his initiative in doing that little bit of extra to solve an annoyance."

"I would like to feedback my bad experience with Billy Aircon. Had been using their service for few years, all along was good. But recently bad experience and was very disappointed. 28 Feb - came for servicing and do chemical overhaul. Checked no need gas topup. 4 Mar - Suddenly aircon not cooling. Found one of the hose not tighten. 4 May - Came check and say that the outdoor unit coil was not clean well. Need to add $100 for water jet cleaning. 3months ago chemical cleaning did not clean well? Also need to add $100 for gas top up. 4 Mar the hose loose cause the gas to leak. Now I have to top up for mistake they made?"
