I agree with most of the reviews that they are good. But this service really left a bad taste for me. They recommended a chemical clean for 3 of my fancoils despite 2 of them having been chemically cleaned by them just around 5 months ago. Usually you dont expect to have to chemical clean a fancoil twice within 6 months when the blower is just dirty, and it leaves one wondering if they just wanted to upsell at every opportunity.

After changing to a different AC maintenance provider, I found out these guys never did their job properly! The AC drainage pipe has never been sucked by them and as a result, the whole pipe system was clogged, full of dirt and dust. As a result, my AC started leaking mere 2 weeks after the last visit from this company. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere, as this company might just do the bare minimum (or even less) during a visit of your home.

I am extremely very satisfied with their service works carried out and they are very professionally, they do what is needed to be done. And I like most is also their prompt response! Good work! Thank you Joseph and team. (Done 2 unit General servicing with a reasonable price!)
