Worst service experience, very disappointed with their service and follow up. will not buy from them again. 1. I am giving this personal experience review, hoping that other potential customers are aware of potential substandard service, which I experienced, when buying from here. 2. Pls dont fall for this trap. The sales staff, Hester fm IMM was good and promised that the best service will be offered by the team. They have lots of trophies and awards displayed at shop. Display can be misleading. In the end, no follow up was given after the not so nice service experienced during installation. 3. Scheduling team, Charles: messaged that the installation team will arrive around 11am to 1pm. I asked them to let me know in advance before coming over. No prior notice and they arrived at 9.30am. BTW, he messaged at the end to say they will follow up on the complaints after the feedback on Monday 9Mar, today is sat, 14 Mar. I have heard nothing, hence this review. 4. Johnny the installer who came with Hussain, told me my casing is good so don’t change and the metal piping I have is 16mm while theirs is 13mm, so suggested I don’t change. Coz changing new 16mm one will costs extra $80. I asked Charles to update the same person, Hester as Hester promised us all will be done properly and yet was informed that she is in a meeting, uncontactable. 5. I asked them to change the outer casing, which they said ok, but gave me substandard of multi-cut pieces. Asked them and scheduling team to change, where they said ok to, and yet the next minute, they sealed the casing with silicon.They said to change the casing they would have to come back another day to do, which they would not be doing. 6. The casement was not pasted properly and the stain marks were all around the casing and my doors, which I had to ask them to clean up, but eventually had to clean up on my own as was not done even after few reminders. They also left cement stains on my basin and flooring. 7. They don’t bring their own broom, had to give them my new broom to sweep all the dusty thrash with. The cleaning was substandard leaving screws they dropped on the floor. 8. The service is bad, what were promised were never fulfilled, just hope the product-aircon, unlike the services, will be in good condition. I am utterly disappointed for choosing this company.

Excellent installation service by Rana and Siddique. Both of them were professionally, fast and efficient. Rana ensured the debris and rubbish were cleaned out before he left. Great job guys.

Called them for 2 chemical wash and 2 service. Mr yong and Ferri very hardworking and skilled professional. He also checked my aircon compressor and recommended no chemical wash needed and all in optimum condition. After service and chemical wash, my aircon smells good and cool. I will strongly recommend Best Tech and team for their detailed knowledge and skills provided to the customer. THANK YOU Mr yong, Ferri and Best Tech.
