I would like to feedback my bad experience with Billy Aircon. Had been using their service for few years, all along was good. But recently bad experience and was very disappointed. 28 Feb - came for servicing and do chemical overhaul. Checked no need gas topup. 4 Mar - Suddenly aircon not cooling. Found one of the hose not tighten. 4 May - Came check and say that the outdoor unit coil was not clean well. Need to add $100 for water jet cleaning. 3months ago chemical cleaning did not clean well? Also need to add $100 for gas top up. 4 Mar the hose loose cause the gas to leak. Now I have to top up for mistake they made?
Billy aircon is trustworthy and always provide value added service when called upon. I remember their customer's service especially impressive as they are patient and always give recommendations to help me decide on a suitable system to use.
JJ team provided good advice and servicing. Happy with their kind help. Would love to have them back again for next servicing 🙏

Great experience with Billy Aircon! Parents were not at home and technician Brendon came and liaised with me to get all the necessary checks and steps in order for our home air-conditioning system to be fixed. Process was seamless and he was really understanding when problems on our side cropped up as well. Highly recommended!
