Landlord-preferred servicing company, no problems with them so far. Reasonable prices, speedy responses on WhatsApp, technicians who come to do the work are neat and good. Past reviews of varying levels of expertise / care within their team rings true - one of our apartment’s AC units had rattling vents. We’ve had 3 rounds of (chemical and quarterly) cleaning done before the most recent appointment, where one of their technicians repaired it for us. Unfortunately we did not note his name down, but very grateful for his initiative in doing that little bit of extra to solve an annoyance.

Using them for all of my extended family homes for last 7 yrs. Excellent and super accommodating last minute changes as I was unwell. Technician does not push sales but provide what is best course of action for my ac.

Price is reasonable and especially to the servicing team that I met with, uncle Toh and uncle soon. They shared good knowledge and had a joyful conversation when interacting. Kudos to Feng Sheng aircon for having such good team.
