"I've been living in my dream home built by Cleverly Home since last month! 🏠 The sales representative, coordinator, and staff were all so friendly and wonderful, I looked forward to every visit! My kids never get bored, with snacks, juice, toys, and TV. My kids still love it, saying, "I want to go to Cleverly Home!" ♡ Before signing the contract, I was considering other companies with higher insulation, but I'm so glad I chose Cleverly Home because they were able to create a stylish home with a livable, open-air ceiling, and incorporate their unique features! The sales representative and coordinator are so knowledgeable, they're always happy to offer ideas and discuss any concerns I might have. They even made my social media design dreams come true! ♪ Even after moving in, they've always responded quickly to any issues I had, with their prompt, courteous, and reassuring service! "I was shown a ring that I liked even more than the one I had been interested in during my initial research, and I successfully purchased it! I wasn't able to articulate my preferences very well, and my consultation was rather vague, but thanks to the staff's attentive listening, I was able to find a wonderful ring that I was completely satisfied with. "The after-sales service was subpar. The wallpaper was peeling, and paint was spilling inside the room. They came to fix it on their day off, which was nice, but there was no warranty. (•ᴗ•; ) The exterior walls were still covered in paint, and I had to get the real estate agent to fix them. Maybe it's because I didn't buy an expensive house? …🤔💭 Too sloppy. Warranty? Free repairs are a given. ヾ(=д= ；) I just bought it, though?"

"The reason I signed a contract with them was not only the price, but also the extremely courteous customer service provided by the sales staff and coordinators compared to other companies. I had a very enjoyable meeting. If you feel stressed or uncomfortable during meetings, it can make you worry about whether you'll be able to build your dream home. We're currently building, and I think the work is being done beautifully. Also, inspection photos and other information are posted on your customer page each time, which is very convenient. I'm looking forward to the completion date. If everything goes smoothly until delivery and I'm satisfied with the end product, I'll change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. P.S. The construction is progressing smoothly and we'll soon be able to hand it over, and I don't think it's a bad thing just because the costs are low, as some people say online. I think we were able to keep costs down compared to other companies, so I'm glad we built with them. Finally, when choosing a home builder, I think the key to success is whether or not you enjoy the meetings. If you've had meetings with several home builders and construction companies, you might understand what I mean. Our meetings were very enjoyable. It's been six months since we took delivery in September 2025, and we're living comfortably here. Even when it's raining heavily outside, the sound of the rain is barely noticeable inside, and even in this scorching heat, the house is really comfortable. (Of course, we use the air conditioner.) I'm glad we built it here. As of December 2025, there are no problems. Also, we can maintain a comfortable temperature of 23 degrees in the 20-tatami living/dining/kitchen area + 7-tatami pet room with a 6-tatami air conditioner. High airtightness and high insulation are no lie."

"There are a huge number of home builders out there, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages, making them more suitable for certain clients than others. I believe this design firm is one of the few that spares no effort in order to realize a sustainable society and is able to provide appropriate proposals to its clients. I myself am a client whose home was delivered to me in 2025. The construction work on my home (including my store) was a skeleton renovation of a reinforced concrete building, so a typical home builder would not have taken on the job. However, I was fortunate to come across this design firm, who were able to renovate the building so that it would be livable for many years to come. The entire team, from the architect to the contractor, worked together with great enthusiasm, and we were able to create a wonderful home. I believe it was an irreplaceable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. It's not cheap (although it offers excellent value for money) and takes time from contract to completion, but I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to create a comfortable environment that suits their needs. The photo shows a sauna handmade by a carpenter. It's well insulated, so the temperature rises quite high."
