I've been living in my dream home built by Cleverly Home since last month! 🏠 The sales representative, coordinator, and staff were all so friendly and wonderful, I looked forward to every visit! My kids never get bored, with snacks, juice, toys, and TV. My kids still love it, saying, "I want to go to Cleverly Home!" ♡ Before signing the contract, I was considering other companies with higher insulation, but I'm so glad I chose Cleverly Home because they were able to create a stylish home with a livable, open-air ceiling, and incorporate their unique features! The sales representative and coordinator are so knowledgeable, they're always happy to offer ideas and discuss any concerns I might have. They even made my social media design dreams come true! ♪ Even after moving in, they've always responded quickly to any issues I had, with their prompt, courteous, and reassuring service! I haven't had many issues since moving in, but I was able to discuss minor issues and they were able to fix any issues I had in my personal life smoothly! We asked Cleverly Home Yokkaichi Branch to build a custom home for us. They fulfilled all of our requests from the design stage onwards, and we were able to build a home with the unique design features, including circulation lines. We thought it would be difficult to imagine the wallpaper and flooring of a custom home, but the coordinator gave us solid advice and we were able to create a wonderful atmosphere! It's a stylish and cool home that we're proud of! It has a seismic resistance rating of 3, and although we built it in a cold region, the insulation is also reliable. The sales staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed our meetings. For us, they are the best house builder, and we're glad we chose Cleverly Home Yokkaichi Branch. We'll recommend them to any friends who want to build a house.

We successfully completed the handover the other day. I signed a contract with Cleverly Homes because I was attracted by the high durability and excellent earthquake resistance of their homes, but I also enjoyed each step of the construction process, from selecting exterior wall tiles and fixtures one by one from the wide selection available, to seeing the house take shape up close. I also asked for some elaborate design touches, and I'm very happy that the finished product turned out just as I imagined. After visiting and considering various home builders, I met a great sales person and decided on Cleverly. I wanted tiles, but they also had the ability to make them airtight, and after many meetings about the floor plan, my home was complete. I also appreciate the events they hold every month.
