This factory supports the world's semiconductor industry, but the quality of its employees isn't very good. I worked there for about six months, doing equipment maintenance, and I found that many of the employees were rude and used foul language. Honestly, if you're going to work here, I think you should aim for a position where you can acquire skills, such as a development role. There aren't many advantages to working there as a temporary worker doing equipment maintenance.
