The construction is progressing smoothly and we'll soon be able to hand it over, and I don't think it's a bad thing just because the costs are low, as some people say online. I think we were able to keep costs down compared to other companies, so I'm glad we built with them. I'm glad we built it here. As of December 2025, there are no problems. Also, we can maintain a comfortable temperature of 23 degrees in the 20-tatami living/dining/kitchen area + 7-tatami pet room with a 6-tatami air conditioner. High airtightness and high insulation are no lie.

We were assigned a sales representative named Noguchi, who worked quickly and carefully. He was very kind and helpful, and although we had planned to build a house with a free design, the design exceeded our expectations, making the process of building a house enjoyable. Terasawa's interior layout and other details allowed us to visualize the interior of the house in concrete terms, which made building the house seem more realistic and lively, and the conversation became lively. The careful layout of each piece gave us a sense of security, and we felt very relied on him. There is still a lot more work to be done in the future, but these are people we can trust with confidence.

Even though it was a custom design, it was very affordable and well done, so I'm very satisfied. Sales representative Noguchi-san was also very kind and trustworthy, so I'm really glad I left it to him! Coordinator Terasawa-san was also very kind and worked with me to come up with a wonderful finished product, so I'm really grateful ♪

My first impression was good, and my family and I were discussing entrusting our project to this company. However, we quickly realized that they were a company that couldn't even keep their promises, so we removed them from our list of candidates. I don't want to give them even one star. It's a very disappointing company.
