"I was helped with the purchase of land and the sale of an apartment! Both transactions went smoothly, so I recommended you to my relatives, and thanks to you, their transactions also went smoothly. Even after the contract was completed, you supported me with various questions, so I'm grateful to my representative, Mr. Misaka, and all the staff!"

"Following on from the carport we installed last time, we asked Hidakaya to install a storage battery. This was a long-cherished wish of ours since we've graduated from FIT, and we were finally able to accomplish it today. We owe this to the hard work of the craftsmen and sales staff who worked hard despite the heat. We have a V2H installation coming up next month, so we'll be relying on you again. Thank you very much."

"I had my house built by Zest House Kurashiki on December 3rd, 2025, and it was handed over to me. More than just having a house built, I feel like I've received the value of enjoying life. And I'd like to thank Zest House for providing that value. Above all, thanks to Mr. Kita, who fully produced the project, my outlook on life has changed. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with you all. 😊 And the encounters I've had with everyone involved in this house are an invaluable treasure. Mr. Kunisue, the site supervisor, created the house with meticulous attention to detail, exceeding our ideals without compromise. Mr. Fujii, the master carpenter, and his son carefully completed the carpentry work. Mr. Sato, who displayed the furniture and accessories, even prepared a handmade garland for the children's room during the open house. I truly love Zest House because of the love they put into every single detail and their attentiveness to each individual. 😍 I'm confident that my life from now on will be richer and more enjoyable! Thank you so much ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 Let's make our house and garden harmonious and enjoy the future!!"

"It's been over six months since I started using this space. I'm always greeted by the lovely aromas and the kind owner, and it motivates me to work hard again today. I'm a monthly member, which means I can use it anytime. There are plenty of free spaces out there, but the reason I chose this one is First of all, it's because of the owner's personality and how seriously he takes my business. I've never run a business before, but I'm now starting a new one here. I also appreciate that they listen to users' requests and are flexible with things like product photo booths and meeting tables. I think most freelancers and people looking to start their own businesses are complete beginners who have no idea what to do. Even though they think they know how to make and sell things, there's actually a lot they don't know. I chose Story, a coworking space, because the owner is there to support me. Rather than struggling alone, I can come here and get inspired while starting a new business. It's not just a place to rent space, it's a place that will guide your business to success. That's why I chose to use this space."

"[Five years later, they built a home that I'm glad I entrusted to them] When I first started considering a custom home, I went around the showrooms of major manufacturers without knowing anything. However, I felt uncomfortable with sales pitches like, "If you decide now, you'll get solar power services," and "We're more disaster-resistant than other companies, we're the best." I didn't feel right. Then, I attended a seminar at the "Home Building School (KG Information)," where they introduced me to three builders who seemed to suit my preferences. Ishodo was one of three. All the builders were wonderful, but after numerous open house visits and further consideration, I ultimately decided to hire Ishodo. [Actual Living] Five years have passed since the house was built, and I'm very satisfied every day. There are moments when I think, "This is a great building, I'm glad I entrusted it to them." The president and his team spent a lot of time discussing the design, both hard and soft, and they carefully considered our detailed requests. They say, "It takes three tries to build a house before you get it right," but the result is so perfect the first time around. My only regret is that, since robot vacuums were just starting to become popular at the time, I wish we had taken more care in designing the house with the vacuum cleaner in mind, such as by providing a floor that would allow the robot to move smoothly without getting caught on things and by locating outlets more precisely. [Recommended for] · People who want to collaborate with others to create a home that's unique to them, rather than a mass-produced one. · People who want to feel satisfied and avoid regrets, since they'll be taking out a mortgage for decades. · People who are uncomfortable with sales pitches at showrooms (such as "best" claims and tactics that incite fear of disasters). [Not Recommended for] This company may not be suitable for people who want to be pampered as "customers" or who are extremely budget-conscious. This is a company that treats you as an equal and works diligently to build a quality home. Both the on-site staff and the carpenters handled the many construction needs with such care, and I'm grateful for how well they handled them."

"About a month ago, I attended a completed house viewing event by Life Design Kabaya, but the whole experience was terrible. They said things like, "People with high incomes build houses like this," and when I mentioned my profession is in the medical field, they said, "Midwives and doctors don't spend much money on their houses, and they don't have any particular preferences." They added, "People with less money are the ones who are more particular, and that's why they order custom-built homes 😄." They also asked about my income, which was incredibly unethical. On the first day, they didn't give me a business card or introduce themselves before immediately launching into their explanation. Do they even have any common sense? About a week later, I had the opportunity to meet them again at a viewing of a pre-built house, but again, they didn't give me a business card, and I only learned their last name in the course of the conversation. Are all their staff like this? Even though I requested a brochure, it hadn't been sent for half a month, so I had to remind them. Apparently, they have a system where people who are seriously planning to build a house sign a questionnaire and receive a gift certificate in return. When I went, it said that all visitors who made a web reservation would receive a gift, so I went, but I was told, "I'm sorry, I forgot your gift certificate. I'll mail it to you later," which was also disappointing. I was ignorant about home building, so I went there seriously to get advice and learn, but this was the second house builder I visited, and it was very disappointing. While there are sales tactics like saying "it's cheap now," the lack of morals, the excessive pushiness, and the desperate attitude were so noticeable that I'm giving it 1 star. I felt that they were not suitable for building such an important home."
