First, I apologize for the delay in writing this review. We met with a representative from Sumai Terrace while searching for a used property. We met with several real estate agents, but this person was on a completely different level. We decided to entrust our needs to them and follow their guidance. As others have posted, it would take too long to write everything down, so I'll keep it brief, but they were incredibly helpful with everything from finding a bank and handling banking procedures to conducting neighborhood inquiries, getting estimates, and arranging electrical work. Being over 60, we think it was a challenge for us. We almost gave up because we couldn't repay the loan, but they ran a repayment simulation for us, and we were convinced we could manage it, allowing us to purchase the used property. There's so much more I want to say, but I'll keep it brief. I'm truly grateful to have met the representative from Sumai Terrace. Thank you very much.
