The person who answered the phone said that I had communicated the situation poorly, but I was very upset by the careless treatment I received at a time when memory prices are expected to go up. I did not receive a business card. I was spoken to by a man with thin eyes.
I rushed in to replace my computer before Windows 10 ended. They were incredibly helpful and polite, which made the replacement process very stress-free. I was even given a cute souvenir, so I'm very happy! I'd love to use their services again next time!
