I had my house built by Zest House Kurashiki on December 3rd, 2025, and it was handed over to me. More than just having a house built, I feel like I've received the value of enjoying life. And I'd like to thank Zest House for providing that value. Above all, thanks to Mr. Kita, who fully produced the project, my outlook on life has changed. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with you all. 😊 And the encounters I've had with everyone involved in this house are an invaluable treasure. Mr. Kunisue, the site supervisor, created the house with meticulous attention to detail, exceeding our ideals without compromise. Mr. Fujii, the master carpenter, and his son carefully completed the carpentry work. Mr. Sato, who displayed the furniture and accessories, even prepared a handmade garland for the children's room during the open house. I truly love Zest House because of the love they put into every single detail and their attentiveness to each individual. 😍 I'm confident that my life from now on will be richer and more enjoyable! We built our house here five years ago. I'd always been curious about it whenever I passed by, wondering if it was a general store? It looked so stylish, and that's how we discovered it! We always looked forward to our meetings with the architect, and they incorporated both of our opinions, resulting in a home we're truly happy with! Even now, when we visit the shop, we chat and they take care of our after-sales maintenance. We love ZEST, but if I had to say one thing, it would be that I wish they'd open the shop from the morning, at least on weekends and holidays. Our children are still young, and we're usually active in the mornings!

While considering building a house, I came across ZEST through an ad on social media and went to visit. I really liked the atmosphere of the home building process, and most importantly, the sales representative was extremely polite, worked quickly, and was very reliable, so I felt I could trust them with my home building project. During our meetings, even though my husband and I had different opinions, they made several proposals that we could both agree on, and they came up with exciting ideas, helping us to bring the home we envisioned even closer to our ideal. From the start of building our house until we moved in, they also kept in touch with us about things we might have forgotten, like procedures and applications, and I'm very grateful for their thorough support, which I think is very important.
