[Five years later, they built a home that I'm glad I entrusted to them] When I first started considering a custom home, I went around the showrooms of major manufacturers without knowing anything. However, I felt uncomfortable with sales pitches like, "If you decide now, you'll get solar power services," and "We're more disaster-resistant than other companies, we're the best." I didn't feel right. Then, I attended a seminar at the "Home Building School (KG Information)," where they introduced me to three builders who seemed to suit my preferences. Ishodo was one of three. All the builders were wonderful, but after numerous open house visits and further consideration, I ultimately decided to hire Ishodo. [Actual Living] Five years have passed since the house was built, and I'm very satisfied every day. There are moments when I think, "This is a great building, I'm glad I entrusted it to them." The president and his team spent a lot of time discussing the design, both hard and soft, and they carefully considered our detailed requests. They say, "It takes three tries to build a house before you get it right," but the result is so perfect the first time around. My only regret is that, since robot vacuums were just starting to become popular at the time, I wish we had taken more care in designing the house with the vacuum cleaner in mind, such as by providing a floor that would allow the robot to move smoothly without getting caught on things and by locating outlets more precisely. [Recommended for] · People who want to collaborate with others to create a home that's unique to them, rather than a mass-produced one. · People who want to feel satisfied and avoid regrets, since they'll be taking out a mortgage for decades. · People who are uncomfortable with sales pitches at showrooms (such as "best" claims and tactics that incite fear of disasters). [Not Recommended for] This company may not be suitable for people who want to be pampered as "customers" or who are extremely budget-conscious. This is a company that treats you as an equal and works diligently to build a quality home. Both the on-site staff and the carpenters handled the many construction needs with such care, and I'm grateful for how well they handled them.

When I first started thinking about building a house, I looked at many home builders. I hadn't found a construction company that satisfied me with both design and performance, but I thought Ishodo was the one that could deliver both, so I signed a contract with them! They rushed meetings due to the birth of my child, and they quickly answered my concerns via LINE, providing me with great support! Everyone has complimented the finished house, and so far it has been warm even in the winter. I was also very impressed with the quick response to aftercare! I look forward to working with them in the future.

If I only mentioned the good things, it would seem like I was being scammed, so I'll just list the things that bothered me. After we decided on the land, the landowner was in a hurry to complete the transaction, so we were rushed to complete the bank procedures and decide on the floor plan for the application. The builder was not to blame, but there were times when building a house was a top priority amidst our busy lives, which was difficult. There are some things you can't really understand until you try it. I learned that it's important to have the determination and mental space to focus on building a house! The person in charge was very considerate and thoughtful, so we got through that period and are relieved to be able to start living in our new home safely. Thank you so much for sticking with us until the end, as we are very particular about our details. Due to the nature of our work, we have asked other companies to design the interiors of offices and warehouses several times, but I think this home is one of the most satisfying we have ever had. I'm really glad that we asked Ishodo to build our home.

I wanted to build a home that would double as a hair salon, so I was looking for a company that could build a stylish home with a unique design that was different from the norm. I first came across Ishodo in a housing magazine and decided to visit their open house. The house did not have an attached store, but it still had an eye-catching exterior design. As I mentioned earlier, I was looking for a builder who was more concerned with the exterior, so when I was shown inside the house, I was even more captivated. Not only the exterior, but the interior was also stylish and practical, with a floor plan that focused on streamlining the workflow around a completely private courtyard, a chic and stylish mortar kitchen, and antique-style fixtures. What was even more surprising was how warm this house was. It was a drizzling day in early March, but the whole house was warm with just the air conditioner in the living room, so warm that I was lightly sweating. Of course, there is no underfloor heating. I had studied home performance to a certain extent and had visited previews, open houses, and model homes from other home builders, but this was the first time I had ever experienced a home where I could really feel the difference in performance to such an extent. This is the only place you can be, and you'll definitely want to build here (lol) Sorry, so far I've only been talking about the story behind why I chose Ishodo (lol) As for my house... Of course, I'm very happy!!! Once I told them my general requirements, they prepared two or three proposals that would fulfill them. All I had to do was choose from those (lol) Of course, there were times when I spent days thinking about specific details. Even then, the president and other staff members were very helpful. Even after construction began, the site supervisor managed things well, and the experienced carpenters basically worked alone, so it may have taken a little longer, but they did a careful and painstaking job. It's only been two months since I moved in, but every day is incredibly comfortable. The store hasn't opened yet due to work commitments, but I can't wait to show everyone the stylish finished product (lol) Anyway, I'm glad I built it with Ishodo, who I liked the most after seeing and feeling it myself. We look forward to continuing to rely on you for inspections and maintenance.

First of all, our relationship began six years ago, and I was finally able to build my dream third home with Ishodo-san! I'm incredibly grateful to the president, Mr. N, and Mr. Y for all their help. Needless to say, the house is stylish, and everyone who visits is impressed. I'm truly proud! I believe that the real relationship begins after the house is built. We've had various issues since moving in, but I feel nothing but reassurance from their quick responses, politeness, and sincerity. I'm glad I chose Ishodo-san for my last home. I'm sure I'll still have many more requests in the future, so please don't hesitate to continue our relationship. I can't list all the advantages (lol). The disadvantage is... it was a little expensive (lol). That's because I ordered a lot of things (sweat).
