"Our EcoCute had an issue where it stopped dispensing hot water to the faucets, so we had to get it either repaired or replaced. My wife reached out, and was able to get a quote on a replacement machine that would fit, and the price was so good that repairing a 15-year-old water heater made no sense, and we went ahead. ARM Design was very flexible when it came to scheduling the installation, especially when our condo management changed their mind about dates multiple times. When they finally came to do the installation, everything was handled cleanly and professionally, with no issues getting the old heater out or the new heater in. It was installed quickly, and we had a hot shower by the evening. Would easily recommend if you're in the area and need something installed well."

"We recently renovated our bathroom and washroom. The house is 34 years old and quite worn out. The house has a somewhat unusual structure, so with the carpenter's advice, we now have a user-friendly bathroom, washroom, and laundry area. Thank you very much. As we are getting older, we wanted a warmer bathroom. This time, we removed the window. We hadn't considered removing the window before, so we wondered how it would turn out, but once it was finished, we were glad we did. Cleaning has also become much easier. The bathroom is now very warm. We received a lot of detailed advice, and we are so glad we chose Yamagiwa-san. We were able to choose the color of the bathtub, floor, walls, lighting, etc., and we ended up with a bathroom and washroom that we really love. Thank you so much for everything. "When I first considered renovations and exterior work, I didn't know who to consult or which company to choose. Lacking the necessary knowledge, I hesitated to make inquiries or requests. I was hesitant about renovations because of the high costs and long construction periods, but after speaking directly with them, I was confident in their pricing and the quality of their work, and I decided to commission the project. Furthermore, during the construction period, they strictly adhered to the schedule and were always available to answer and assist with any issues, which was incredibly helpful."
