When I first considered renovations and exterior work, I didn't know who to consult or which company to choose. Lacking the necessary knowledge, I hesitated to make inquiries or requests. I was looking for someone (or a company) I could trust, and that's when I found a great company (Mirai Art Co., Ltd.) through the list of registered renovation and remodeling businesses recommended by the "Housing Renovation Seminar" (a seminar by Yuzo Sakai, Chairman of the Saitama Housing Construction Council). I was hesitant about renovations because of the high costs and long construction periods, but after speaking directly with them, I was confident in their pricing and the quality of their work, and I decided to commission the project. Furthermore, during the construction period, they strictly adhered to the schedule and were always available to answer and assist with any issues, which was incredibly helpful.

I learned about this company through my child's Halloween event. Last year, my child accidentally made a hole in the wall (it was a brand new house, but it happened so quickly...), so I contacted them. They provided an estimate and carried out the work very quickly! Above all, the wall is sturdier than before, and the wallpaper is the exact same as the original, which I am extremely satisfied with. Also, even though we only used their services once, they continued to look out for us afterward, and I am impressed by their character and how they value their relationships. I would definitely like to use their services again if the opportunity arises!

The bathroom renovation went very smoothly. It takes courage to ask a craftsman questions, but their friendly communication gave me peace of mind. They even helped me find the handle for the bathroom window, so I can use it again! 🪟 This time, I asked them to replace the wallpaper in the bathroom, add more flooring, and remove a wall in the Japanese-style room next to the living room. By boldly connecting the Japanese-style room with the living room, it feels so open and spacious that I almost wonder if we're living in the same apartment! The craftsmen worked very carefully. Furthermore, the detailed reports and advice they provided after the work was completed gave me peace of mind. Thank you very much.

The president and the craftsmen are all very kind, the construction schedule is accurate, and the work is good. The price is also reasonable, so I would like to ask them for help again if I need help with any renovations.
