We recently renovated our bathroom and washroom. The house is 34 years old and quite worn out. The house has a somewhat unusual structure, so with the carpenter's advice, we now have a user-friendly bathroom, washroom, and laundry area. Thank you very much. As we are getting older, we wanted a warmer bathroom. This time, we removed the window. We hadn't considered removing the window before, so we wondered how it would turn out, but once it was finished, we were glad we did. Cleaning has also become much easier. The bathroom is now very warm. We received a lot of detailed advice, and we are so glad we chose Yamagiwa-san. We were able to choose the color of the bathtub, floor, walls, lighting, etc., and we ended up with a bathroom and washroom that we really love. Thank you so much for everything. I went to a showroom to remodel my bathtub into a Takara cast iron enamel system, and they recommended Yamagiwa Construction for the work. When I visited, Fujiwara-san was in charge and answered all my questions, and the work was completed smoothly. I am now enjoying my bath time in comfort.

I recently asked them to do some repair work, but their service was terrible. They didn't provide an estimate for over two weeks, and when I contacted them, they didn't reply for over two days, and they didn't contact me at all even after the work was completed. They also couldn't speak properly or use honorific language. To top it off, I requested the work in May, but they only finished it in August. Stop making fun of people like that. This company wasn't like this before...the quality has dropped significantly.

When we discovered an unexpected water leak, we contacted Yamagiwa Construction and they suggested we take our time to fix it while also filing an insurance claim. The investigation revealed that the roof balcony on our third floor had somehow become detached, causing water that should have flowed off the balcony to reach our second- and first-floor bedrooms. We braced for major repairs and, with great hope, passed the insurance company's investigation, and now our bedroom is as good as new! Although we didn't pay the full amount, insurance covered about 70% of it, and the repairs were completed without a hitch. We are now sleeping peacefully in a room that feels like new. At the time of the leak, I spent depressing days living in a moldy room, but thanks to Yamagiwa Construction, I'm now living a comfortable life. The contractor who built our house about 18 years ago was so sloppy that I was honestly afraid to hire a contractor I didn't know, but the person in charge was very polite and greeted me properly, so I was able to leave it to them with peace of mind. "A once in a lifetime encounter" - I am still truly grateful to Yamagiwa-san. This is a precious, once in a lifetime home, and I believe it was only because we met Yamagiwa Construction that we are able to spend our days here unchanged. Thank you so much.

We had our front door installed using the cover method. I am 200% satisfied with the sales person's extensive knowledge and friendly personality, and the installation technician's careful work and high level of skill (I may be an amateur, but the fine details were done by hand, resulting in a beautiful finish). We rely on old-fashioned technical skills for residential construction and maintenance.
