The after-sales support is solid, so I can recommend them. This type of construction company often has sloppy after-sales support, but this is solid. The products themselves seem to only be made by domestic manufacturers, so I wouldn't recommend them for people who want cheap, low-quality products from overseas manufacturers, but I think they're suitable for people who plan to use them for a long time. When I had a monitor error the other day, I was able to get in touch with them within a few minutes and they were able to tell me how to solve it, which was very helpful. I received a door-to-door sales call in Saitama Prefecture, and honestly, it was terrible. First visit They showed up without an appointment. They asked if I wanted to reduce my burden by refinancing my mortgage and solar power system loan (including storage battery) together. I told them it wouldn't be worth it because of the fees, but they said there wouldn't be any, so I accepted the appointment. They arranged a date via SMS and contacted me in advance with details like the loan information. Appointment visit The person from the first visit and one other person visited (they didn't inform me in advance that there would be two of us, so they probably did some on-the-job training for sales). Soon after arriving, for some reason, they started talking about switching storage batteries. (This was also explained to me without any prior notice, as their company's profits would be zero without it. It's fine, but I wish they had told me in advance.) After the explanation, when I told them I had no intention of switching storage batteries, they moved on to the main topic of refinancing my mortgage. However, switching would increase my total repayment amount, and they also calculated fees that I had been told were unnecessary. When I pointed out that there was no economic benefit to the project, they laughed and said that the customer's loan interest rate was low and the remaining term of their solar loan was short, which is why it ended up like this. (Note: I had previously provided them with all information about the interest rate and remaining balance.) It was just a waste of my time. They weren't pushy and had basic manners, so I'm giving them two stars.
