Our EcoCute had an issue where it stopped dispensing hot water to the faucets, so we had to get it either repaired or replaced. My wife reached out, and was able to get a quote on a replacement machine that would fit, and the price was so good that repairing a 15-year-old water heater made no sense, and we went ahead. ARM Design was very flexible when it came to scheduling the installation, especially when our condo management changed their mind about dates multiple times. When they finally came to do the installation, everything was handled cleanly and professionally, with no issues getting the old heater out or the new heater in. It was installed quickly, and we had a hot shower by the evening. Would easily recommend if you're in the area and need something installed well.
Good job!

The installation of my EcoCute was completed on December 16th. It's a four-star rating. I also received a notification about the subsidy. To be honest, I wasn't sure which renovation company to choose. Price was the most important factor, so I got quotes from four companies. It's a bit of a hassle to get the installation started. I had to ask for photos of the previous EcoCute, how many meters it would take from the parking lot, and a video. (Any company will do this.) The replacement parts are a bit pricey. (I negotiated with the person in charge.) The installation took 3-4 hours, but the afternoon installation was scheduled 2-3 hours earlier. (I took a bath in the evening.) My previous EcoCute from Company D had been in use for 19 years, and I was able to take a bath the day before the installation. It's a reliable manufacturer, and the manufacturer will come to your home for repairs. (There is a travel fee.) Kyokan Paradise apparently waives travel fees during the warranty period. It's important to confirm this before requesting a repair.
My 10-year-old EcoCute, which I had contracted with another company, broke down. Since it was still under warranty, I thought it would be replaced for free, but the estimate was 600,000 yen, so I considered going with another company. After doing some research, I found that Exchange Paradise had the best reviews, so I called them. The person who answered the phone was friendly and I felt they were trustworthy, so I chose them without even comparing quotes with other companies. In the end, the price was half. I also asked about replacing the fine bubbles that had been added to my previous EcoCute, and after confirming that it was possible, they replaced it smoothly. The person who did the work was pleasant and worked smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service, price, and work. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering replacing their EcoCute.
