"On 11 June I went to LYK repair shop at Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Dr ##2-15 Jurong East to repair my iphone 13. The shop technician was very friendly, polite and courteous in consultation with me regarding the procedure in repairing my iphone 13. And it took 2 hours for her to complete the repair and the price was reasonable and workmanship is excellent. I'm very pleased and happy with the job. In future this will be my favourite shop for all my handphone repair. I thank you her for the excellent job done. I failed to get her name. Best regards, Richard Tan P. Y"

"This is our second time with Spacious Planner. The first was 7 years ago for our HDB. We came back to Spacious Planner again for their good work in design and workmanship, particularly carpentry. This is our first time working with Eunice. She listens well, overcome the challenges on space and layout with good designs. Her coordination with the contractors were seamless. Recommendations on curtain, electrician, lightings were good. The renovation was completed on time and smoothly."

"My husband recently purchased a sound system from Best Denki at IMM, where we were assisted by Shuffle Lee. He appears to manage brands such as JBL and others. Initially, we were inclined toward a JBL system and were about to finalize the purchase when we noticed a Harman Kardon system. Shuffle did not attempt to aggressively sell us any particular brand. Instead, he was composed, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the features of both JBL and Harman Kardon systems. The price difference between the two was significant, yet Shuffle’s excellent attitude and friendly demeanor stood out. He demonstrated his expertise and patiently clarified the distinctions between the products. It is rare to encounter such a dedicated salesperson nowadays. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the Harman Kardon system."

"The customer service provided by Shok Lin was fantastic! She was helpful and patient in answering my questions and arranging for my installation of the tracks. When I needed to collect my adapters and extension cables at a later date, she helped ease my process by sending it straight to my home during installation. I appreciate the attention to detail!
