The customer service provided by Shok Lin was fantastic! She was helpful and patient in answering my questions and arranging for my installation of the tracks. When I needed to collect my adapters and extension cables at a later date, she helped ease my process by sending it straight to my home during installation. I appreciate the attention to detail! Excited and proud to be using a homegrown Singaporean brand in my own home ☺️ Eubiq is a brand used in my family home, it’s great!
Installed 4 tracks, 2 of them not done nicely due to uneven walls. One of them even having a gap between the installed track and wall (screw was not drilled all the way in). I feedback that this is not safe so he found some debris around my house as my house is under renovation & inserted it to fill up the gap. They didn't finish the job by filling up the gap and claim that they don't do such thing. This is not acceptable, I do not recommend eubiq due to extremely poor workmanship.
Bought 4X 60cm tracks with 19 plugs from Eubiq Nex Mall. Jun Xiang was absolutely friendly and helpful in service! The product fit and worked beautifully as expected! Double thumbs up!
Raymond at IMM was patient in explaining how Eubiq works and understands what my home needs. Very responsive to any queries. As mine requires recess track, he lend me the casing for my contractor to rectify (just to make sure it fits perfectly) before installation. Installation team was on time and smoothly installed into my carpentry.
Raymond was very friendly to explain the bundle for us. He even updated me on as and when there is event and shared the promotion with me.
