"I had the Mitsubishi Starmex 3 systems air-con installed in my home last Wednesday by Aircon Guru. One reason why I picked this company, over another company, is that I believe they gave me an honest and reasonable price quotation (minus the workmanship cost). Even though the final price is slightly higher than the initial quote, I still chose this company. They did not quote a very high price then bringing it down and rushing me to commit with a limited time “offers of discounts”. On the installation day, the two men (oops .. I did not get their names) came and work tirelessly from 10 am until almost 6.30 pm with only about 30 mins of lunch break. Two more of their colleagues came towards the end to assist and helping with the cleanup. I can say that the job is neatly done especially on how the trunking is fitted. Good planning too as the trunking for one of the rooms really is minimal. I am also happy that for two of the rooms, they installed the units without having to cut the cornices. Thank you Aircon Guru. 🙏"

"A very bad experience. Installation and servicing was ok in the first 2 years in 2023 and 2024. Problem with aircon started in 2025 and the team didn’t do an accurate assessement of the root cause despite recurring issues within short period of time and kept recommending wrong solutions like valve change and jet wash. Manager said he will monitor and follow-up but never did and I had to chase when the aircon is totally down. In the end, they did pressure test and found out it was condenser leakage problem problem. Repeatedly ask for quotation, customer service just take their own sweet time for days not responding. Ask to speak to the top boss repeatedly also don’t care. Already 2 weeks no aircon in this hot season and get told off by the Manager that it’s a small problem and not their problem. Very helpless and turned to the aircon OEM for support instead. Technician also damaged a fancoil remote receiver during the pressure test but claim no responsibility i.e. I have to pay for the repair. Taking legal action since nobody in this company cares to recover…"

"I’m very satisfied with the aircon installation service provided. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the installation process clearly and ensured all piping, trunking, and wiring were neatly done. Workmanship was excellent — everything was properly aligned, tested, and cleaned up before they left. They also took the time to show us how to operate and maintain the system for better performance. "Date: Jan 2026 Time: Afternoon 1 to 2pm Event: Aircon overhaul/services Two technician come to my house to do the services. They are quite competent to do the work. 2 aircon overhaul took around 2 hours. They take down the whole internal unit and wash with chemical. From outside looks clean but it is extremely dirty in internal part (see picture) Bigger unit in living room cost around $220 and smaller unit in the sleeping room cost around $150. Normal service is around $60. Price is reasonable. Recommended. ⭐"
