I had the Mitsubishi Starmex 3 systems air-con installed in my home last Wednesday by Aircon Guru. One reason why I picked this company, over another company, is that I believe they gave me an honest and reasonable price quotation (minus the workmanship cost). Even though the final price is slightly higher than the initial quote, I still chose this company. They did not quote a very high price then bringing it down and rushing me to commit with a limited time “offers of discounts”. On the installation day, the two men (oops .. I did not get their names) came and work tirelessly from 10 am until almost 6.30 pm with only about 30 mins of lunch break. Two more of their colleagues came towards the end to assist and helping with the cleanup. I can say that the job is neatly done especially on how the trunking is fitted. Good planning too as the trunking for one of the rooms really is minimal. I am also happy that for two of the rooms, they installed the units without having to cut the cornices. Thank you Aircon Guru. 🙏

Samueland Shamim did good job initially i thought. Aircond was working. However the aircon bracket was damaged when Samuel was handling it. My husband witnessed it. The situation now is very unsafe. The quotation to replaced the bracket by the company is very costly. It should be shared by both party, to be fair. Hope management will look into this asap.

The two technicians assigned to us — Faris and Leman — were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire installation. Faris went above and beyond. Even though it was not part of his job scope, he still helped us with our electrical and piping issues without any hesitation. What touched us most was their dedication — both of them worked non-stop from 10am all the way till 7pm without taking a single break, just to make sure everything was done properly and safely for us.
