We have been very pleased with Andrew and his team over the last 10 years. We like their professional attitude, friendliness as well as the quality of the air-conditioning services provided. The booking platform is very user-friendly so it's really easy to schedule appointments, and Andrew always sends us a reminder to book our next service.
What a great experience with Purer Fresher Air! It started with the easy booking site and confirmation. They came punctually and I showed them where the 4 units were. I told them that I was WFH so I would be in the room and I felt at ease as they went about doing their work and only updated me when they had wither finished or wanted to inform me that they were ready to start on the unit in the room I was in. I have absolute confidence in the integrity and quality of the Service Team at my place. Finally, when done, they left it clean and cool :) Thanks guys!
