Even responded to my queires after office hours and even weekends. As their offer are the best i have surveyed for Daikin System 2 ×2unit, had arranged for installation. Transaction was smooth and Had thier team came to my house the next day. Their professional team Chamy, Nasmul & Soni was very prompt and commenced their work diligently. Her communication was excellent—she kept me updated throughout the process and was incredibly patient in making sure all my queries were addressed. It really took the stress out of the coordination. ​On the day of the installation, the technicians, Anand and Muthu, arrived right on time. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was handled with care, and they made sure everything was working perfectly and neatly before they left. ​After seeing so many mixed reviews for aircon companies online, I’m glad I went with 81 Aircon. I engaged Aircon81 for my new house aircon installation, including brand new piping fully handled by them. However, after only 3 years, the aircon started leaking. I was informed that the issue was due to insulation problems. Honestly, I was very surprised and disappointed that such an issue could happen within just 3 years for a completely new setup installed by the same company. Throughout these 3 years, I also signed up for and relied on their servicing package. Recently, I arranged for them to come down for the insulation replacement after accepting their quotation, and at the same time they carried out my scheduled servicing. What shocked me was the poor servicing standard. One technician was handling the insulation work while the other was supposedly servicing the aircon. What surprised me was when I had a check with this insulation guy on the leaking issue, he mentioned if he were to install, he won't use this insulation, sort of like hinting that this insulation isn't good at all. The servicing technician only removed the outer cover, washed it briefly in my toilet, and then fitted it back. Nothing else appeared to be done. When I questioned the technician handling the insulation work (who seemed to be the lead), he told me that if the inside was “not dirty,” they would leave it and there was “no need to clean.” But I paid for a servicing package, so naturally I expected proper servicing to be carried out. After closely monitoring the process this time, I realized their servicing is far below the standard I expected. Unlike typical professional aircon servicing where internal cleaning and vacuuming are properly done, their work felt extremely superficial. Even after I called the office to express my dissatisfaction, they maintained that their servicing only involved washing the inner cover and reinstalling it. Lucky it’s my last servicing of my package, I am posting this as a genuine customer with all invoices and purchase records on hand. Please be cautious if you are considering engaging their services. It weird that I can't reply to what Aircon81 have reply to my review. They mentioned they have arrange a follow up session to address my concern, neither had i receive nor contacted by them for this, hence this made me puzzled. Please show me proof that I had replied and mentioned decision not to proceed further with your follow up arrangement.
