"We commissioned Build Salon to create a corporate online salon. We had previously considered launching an online salon ourselves, but the platform's fees and limitations were a hindrance. However, Build Salon's one-time purchase model, low running costs after delivery, and the ability to operate it as a completely in-house system were appealing. The staff were quick and courteous, and their proposals were based on a thorough discussion of our business model and operational challenges, which gave us peace of mind. The design was also sophisticated, resulting in a UI/UX that perfectly matched our brand. We were able to freely customize a variety of optional features, particularly automated membership payments, video streaming, and chat functionality, which helped us realize our ideal online salon. Even after delivery, we received regular support and update notifications, and they were also very helpful in answering any operational questions or concerns. Furthermore, the company's ISO 27001 certification provides peace of mind in terms of security, ensuring the safe handling of customer information. Since implementing the online salon, our membership numbers have steadily increased, significantly contributing to our revenue. We highly recommend this company to any company considering creating a corporate online salon. We are extremely pleased with the professional and high quality service provided throughout this project."

"This time, we had them create a website for our rental space, Kaishu, and they created a tasteful design with a calm atmosphere and a Japanese theme. We are very satisfied with the design, which was tasteful and matched our image. They also made it easy to understand how to update the website, provided excellent after-sales service, and handled everything very carefully from start to finish. The number of people actually looking at the website is increasing, so we are very glad that we asked them to create it."

"I often use online question services. Even if you live a little far away from school, there's always a trainer on-site from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, which is very helpful. However, the level of the trainers varies. I once asked the trainer to teach me how to use Adobe software to create a sample. I looked up various options online, but couldn't find a solution, so I asked the trainer online. Instead of using the software myself, the trainer simply shared a webpage from an online aggregator that came up after searching for "Adobe photo editing to make it look like XX." (The same site I had looked up before asking the question.) Honestly, anyone can look something up online, and I was surprised at how much of a pass-on the trainer was telling me to "check out this on an aggregator site and try it out," even though I'd done my research before asking the question. I'd asked this trainer a question about something different before, but they didn't show me how to do it on their own screen; instead, they just shared a page they found online and that was the end of it. Even when I said things like, "I just looked at this site, but I still don't understand..." and "I'd like to know how to use it," they never demonstrated it to me and just shared the site with me. In the end, I couldn't operate it properly that day, and when I asked a question, they said, "I haven't used this Adobe app recently, so I don't know. I'd like you to ask another trainer." (It's Illustrator and Photoshop, so if you're a designer, you'd probably use them regularly...) As there were two trainers there that day, I went to ask the other trainer. That trainer taught me how to get as close as possible using the software, and I learned a lot. I believe the trainers are selected based on LIG's standards, but their service was by no means what you'd call a trainer, so I decided to write a review."

"As you can see from the search suggestions, they are selling something that is almost like a scam. They recommended something as a free service over the phone, but then they sent me a very hard-to-read contract by fax, which stated in tiny letters, "Once the deadline passes, your plan will automatically switch to a paid plan unless you cancel it." Later, after receiving the invoice, I called to ask for an explanation, but they responded coldly, saying, "It's my fault for overlooking that part in the contract." I felt like I had been tricked. I'm currently consulting with a lawyer. Please be careful, everyone."

"For this official website redesign, we asked artLarge to handle the total creative production, including rebranding. They seamlessly integrated a wide range of areas, from logos, copywriting, photography, video, web design, interviews, posters, merchandise, and PR, into a single, cohesive worldview. Not only are their design and visual expression skills exceptional, but they also have a deep understanding of sports. Their ability to accurately grasp the value and appeal of athletes, and their passionate approach, close to that of a fan, was truly impressive. Their professional proposal skills are also outstanding, making them a partner we can confidently entrust with any project. Above all, the personalities of all the staff are wonderful, and their consistently positive attitude towards moving things forward instills a strong sense of trust. They are a valuable creative team that makes you genuinely think, "I want to work with them again.""
