"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at CharisCR8 in Kurume making our custom rings. Even though we speak very little (and broken) Japanese, the owner was incredibly patient and we communicated perfectly using Google translate to fill in any gaps. The owner walked us through every model and design option imaginable, and the staff member (didn't manage to get her name) who assisted us was so sweet, she even took photos/videos of us while we were making our ring at various stages. The shop itself is beautifully decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe that's perfect for those who are looking to take photos for their Instagram. The entire ring making process took about 2–3 hours, but we were so engaged in the activity that the time flew by. On top of that, the pricing was extremely reasonable. The owner went above and beyond with his hospitality (in every sense of the word), even giving us local recommendations for restaurants and gifted us some local treats. "I had my eye on the sign at Yushin no Yu before going to take a sauna, and my first impression was that they would be building a cheap, low-quality house. However, when I actually went in to choose a house, my impression was the opposite; I was relieved to hear that the staff were very attentive and that I could order things made with high-quality, ingenious materials. The main factor in me choosing Nico Nico Jyutaku was the trust I had with the staff. I believe that a home is a lifetime investment, and Mr. Sugimoto was someone I could trust with everything when it came to building it, so I decided to build my house here! I believe this is a place where you can build a home and build relationships that will last a lifetime."
