They did the exterior construction work on our new house. We were on a limited budget, but their design proposal was far superior to other companies, and their price was also much more reasonable than other companies. We are very grateful that they carried out the work perfectly according to our drawings. During the consideration stage, we went to a number of contractors, from large to small, but no company was better than Garden Works. We have seen comments from customers dissatisfied with our service, but I cannot understand that at all. The proposals, advice, construction, price, and service were all 100% perfect! This is an exterior construction company that we would confidently recommend to our friends.

The representative's attitude was terrible. His name is Yoshinobu Egami, and he apparently has connections with Sumitomo Forestry, perhaps through a family member who previously worked there? However, his attitude was completely different from what other reviewers have said. I requested construction work worth millions of yen, and they never contacted me until I contacted them first, and when I asked for comparative quotes from other companies, they got mad. The design and other aspects are quite good, but I had doubts about their customer service, humanity, and other basic aspects. I'll say it again: the design is very good.

The representative is very friendly and nice. He is easy to talk to and I can rely on him with confidence. He also provides Aster follow-up, so I would like to introduce him to my acquaintances.

From start to finish, they listened to our various opinions with kindness and gave us appropriate advice and guidance on future management. We were on a tight budget, but they also gave us advice on how to keep the cost down, so we were able to get a job that we were happy with within our budget and are very grateful. The people who did the work were all very nice and went out of their way to make it easy for us to pass through. We were told by neighbors that the place looked nice, which made us really happy. We would definitely like to have them do the work again if we need anything. Thank you so much.

I had the work done about two years ago, but even though I put down a weed-proof sheet, grass is growing because of the mud on the gravel above it. The tiles are also loose and there are gaps, so I regret having asked them to do the work.
