"I found it unethical that you held my photos hostage, saying "you'll get the photos if you pay the extra 7500 TL fee," because I didn't pay the extra. I wish I hadn't chosen this place. Every experience is a lesson. I've clearly understood that from now on, it's essential to sign a contract when purchasing any service. You demanded an extra fee after the engagement party, despite our agreement. When I refused to pay, your message saying, "What are we going to earn? Your guests came to fill their stomachs, we're not a restaurant," was also unprofessional. Five days after my engagement, you issued an invoice and said, "Complain wherever you want, the invoice has been issued." Of course, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. But if I were to have another engagement party, I would do it in the middle of the street and hire a truly professional photographer. It's also quite strange that the photographer, to whom I paid in cash beforehand, never responded to my messages. As your waiter said, you've never seen such a large crowd at my engagement party. Because you market a venue that doesn't even hold 100 people as holding 100, and when 100 people showed up, you claimed 126 people came. The reason given was that they had so many chairs that they removed them all. However, upon reviewing my invitations and videos in detail, I found that 98 people attended. You're claiming that more people attended than you expected by counting empty chairs. This is the first time I've experienced such a disgrace. I've organized and attended many events both domestically and internationally, but this is the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional business that does everything solely to get more money from the customer. Even if they have 100,000 five-star ratings (because friends and relatives are leaving reviews as if they received service), only I and God know the terrible experience I went through after my happiest day."
