We went to buy a house trusting the reviews, agreed on the price, then they asked for a deposit. Thinking they were honest, we gave them 100,000 in cash as a deposit. Fifteen or twenty days later, they said the owner was causing problems, handed us back the deposit, and said goodbye. We ended up paying the interest on the 100,000 we had borrowed. (I guess they thought, "We'll take this 100,000 as a deposit, use it, and then say goodbye," because they needed the money at the time.) They kept us waiting for two months, saying the house would be ready. Because we were still waiting, we didn't look at the house. We haven't been able to find a house for months, and house prices have increased by a million in the meantime. We can't afford the apartment we wanted then. We have been completely wronged. Never, ever trust them; don't trust these thieves of hope and trust. If you want to buy or rent a house, think ten times before you act. We will never forgive them.
