"Moving from California to Boston, termites were not something I thought I’d have to continue worrying about. I was wrong! We scheduled an exterior service about a month or so ago. Alexis went above and beyond in his inspection of the property. Unfortunately he discovered termites but fortunately we then knew we have to deal with the situation. In the follow up Termite inspection Wes confirmed Alexis’ findings and did an extensive search for more evidence of termites. Fortunately it seems like they have not made their way into the house. Wes returned to install the termite prevention system and did a fantastic job including a very thorough overview of everything that was being done and why. We are so happy that we are in such good hands. Everyone we have dealt with at Greenhow affirms the decision to work with them. While this is not necessarily a fun thing to deal with the experiences we’ve had to date have been confidence inspiring."
