I called Pest Assassins for an inspection of potential rats on property as my neighbor was having problems. The technician, Derek, came and inspected the property. He located rat droppings throughout my basement and found openings in foundation they were utilizing. He was able to formulate a plan of action which included baiting, setting traps and sealing entry points the rats were using. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his approach! I would recommend this company to anyone!
Every interaction I had with Pest Assassins was top notch. I called on short notice about a big hornet nest behind my back door. Mike took the call and he was friendly and patient with me, telling he could get someone out to the house within 48 hours. He was not a pushy salesman. Tyler was the technician and I was immediately impressed by his professional appearance and polite demeanor. He looked at the nest and gave me a lot of interesting information about the bald faced hornet and the importance of eliminating the nest so close to the house. It was fun to watch and learn and you could tell he loved his job. He was efficient and thorough and did a great job making sure he didn’t leave me with a big mess. He cleaned everything up and reminded me of the 30 day guarantee. I highly recommend Pest Assassins and will definitely use them again.
