Pedro was professional in his manner and uniform. He was personable and patient as well. He explained the process and the timeline. He took time to answer all my questions. I had a great experience with the Clancy Brothers. They were friendly, quick, and efficient, and yet thorough with the extermination treatment. The technicians, Paul and Trevor, were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me as I learned about the wild world of bugs. I really appreciated their service and would definitely recommend them.
Xavier showed up on time, spent a good 90 minutes getting our house baited and bug free. He was very courteous and friendly! Great job and hope to have you back for next inspection! Clancy Bros should be very proud to call Xavier an employee! Great company!
Patrick arrived in time and was extremely informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the extermination treatment. He was pleasant, thorough, and very funny.
