"After seeing American Standard rated as a top air conditioning brand, I started looking for HVAC contractors that install it. I asked Unified HVAC Service for an estimate, along with a few other companies, and Camden came out the same day. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and explained the whole HVAC replacement process in simple terms for my wife and me. He reviewed the system options, ductwork needs, equipment sizing, and financing choices, which was very helpful since no one else had gone into that much detail. We chose them for our new AC system installation because they were able to begin the next day, which really mattered during the hot weather in Newton. The install took most of the day because Roger explained that the ducts, valves, refrigerant lines, and other connections had to be custom fitted to match the new unit. Our home is older, so some parts of the system needed updates to meet current HVAC standards and improve airflow and efficiency. Roger, Zachary, and Camden did a great job. They worked carefully, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure the new air conditioner was set up properly and running the way it should. They were also very good around our three dogs, which made the whole process much easier since they had to go in and out through the yard many times. What started as a stressful AC breakdown turned into a smooth and painless experience, and now everything is cooling perfectly. I highly recommend them."

"I needed 2 new AC units and decided to go with high efficiency heat pumps. I chose Greenflow because of the equipment they offered, and the price (2nd lowest quote and much cheaper than the average of all quote we received). Their technicians were very detail oriented and meticulous. During installation they showed me that one of my gas furnaces had a large crack in the heat exchanger. They replaced this old furnace for only a little more than it would have cost to replace just the heat exchanger. The one thing that was not outstanding was the time required. I’ve seen HVAC replacements done in a single day by a crew of 3-4 techs. Greenflow only sent 1.5 techs, so installation of 2 heat pumps and one furnace took a few days longer than expected. It has been a year since they upgraded our systems, and our systems are running well and our utility usage has gone down substantially. I would recommend this HVAC contractor if you want to save $ but still want top of the line equipment and installation."

"This family-owned heater repair and HVAC company did an excellent job with our new heating system installation, ductwork, vents, and tankless water heater. I highly recommend them and would gladly call them again for any heater repair or heating service in the future. Choosing Dale and Leonard for the job was one of the best decisions I made. I was very impressed with their heating knowledge, repair experience, and the care they put into every part of the work. From the first inspection, Dale explained clearly what the job needed and gave a detailed proposal that made everything easy to understand. The work started on schedule and moved along just as promised. They also took the extra step of replacing older or faulty parts they found during the installation so the heating system would run safely and efficiently. Now that everything is finished, the heater performance has gone beyond our expectations. The airflow is better, the system runs smoothly, and the home feels much more comfortable. It was also a big plus that they could install a tankless hot water heater at the same time, which made the whole project easier. Communication by phone, text, and email was always quick and helpful. This was truly top-level heater service and repair work, and a five-star rating still feels too low."
