Green Flow Solution

I needed 2 new AC units and decided to go with high efficiency heat pumps. I chose Greenflow because of the equipment they offered, and the price (2nd lowest quote and much cheaper than the average of all quote we received). Their technicians were very detail oriented and meticulous. During installation they showed me that one of my gas furnaces had a large crack in the heat exchanger. They replaced this old furnace for only a little more than it would have cost to replace just the heat exchanger. The one thing that was not outstanding was the time required. I’ve seen HVAC replacements done in a single day by a crew of 3-4 techs. Greenflow only sent 1.5 techs, so installation of 2 heat pumps and one furnace took a few days longer than expected. It has been a year since they upgraded our systems, and our systems are running well and our utility usage has gone down substantially. I would recommend this HVAC contractor if you want to save $ but still want top of the line equipment and installation.

Andrey from Green Flow was great. Came out well into the evening to fix one of the air conditioners during this heat wave where we were well over a 100 degree here in Newton breaking records. Came out assessed the problem and had me Fixed within an hour so my wife and 3 kids slept soundly in a cold house thanks to him and Green Flow Solution. Also didn’t charge me and arm and leg for after hours either as well. Highly recommend them!

Extremely poor customer service and dishonest practices. I paid for two service calls to evaluate my mini-split system for repair. This was just to get a quote for repair. I received one text message from stating $2k to $2.5k. I later was told this was not official. I have repeatedly called back to get status updates on a formal quote for repair. I have been given multiple excuses, always 'tomorrow they will try'. Very unprofessional and with no regard for the customer. Could have no bid the job and not charged for visiting.

We were very happy with our experience with Green Flow Solution. After our hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, they were able to install a new one the same day. They were professional and thorough. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Green Flow, they were available to replace my dead central A/C unit on a short notice, and the price was thousands of dollars less than what I got quoted by two other companies. I would definitely use them again.
