"Very honest and knowledgeable repair man, when I called the repair man was at Red hill and came over to Yishun within promise arrangement time. Offer to check other parts installation before leave to ensure everything was working properly. Very good service from this plumber. Recommend"

"Booked an appointment to help my mom change her bathroom leaking basin pipe at 11 am so that I can be there when the workers are there. My mom was mentally unwell at that time. The workers ignored the time and arrived before 9 am and wanted to start on the work. This increased my mom’s anxiety a lot with strangers she don’t know inside her flat. I called the boss and asked him why did he send the workers so early and may affect my mom condition . He keep explaining the workers did not follow his instructions. A few days later my mom condition deteriorated and had to be admitted at hospital. She had a fall and passed away last week . I can only guess that they refused to follow the time to squeeze a few more jobs in the day. Decide carefully if you want to use their services where the boss has no control of his workers."
