Whilst fix was done in time. Follow-up is non existent. Requested for the receipt and warranty as they helped to replace a new unit. But the person just ignored me despite following up for a few days.

After the fix, I ran a full 1-hour wash and — for the first time in weeks — no leak at all. The job was done professionally, neatly, and at a fair price.
