Booked an appointment to help my mom change her bathroom leaking basin pipe at 11 am so that I can be there when the workers are there. My mom was mentally unwell at that time. The workers ignored the time and arrived before 9 am and wanted to start on the work. This increased my mom’s anxiety a lot with strangers she don’t know inside her flat. I called the boss and asked him why did he send the workers so early and may affect my mom condition . He keep explaining the workers did not follow his instructions. A few days later my mom condition deteriorated and had to be admitted at hospital. She had a fall and passed away last week . I can only guess that they refused to follow the time to squeeze a few more jobs in the day. Decide carefully if you want to use their services where the boss has no control of his workers.

Engaged Kudo Plumbing Pte Ltd to do pipe altering. Punctured one pipe and then replaced it. Left another pipe with obvious dents. The owner’s response was, "no leaking, no problem." When it came to installing the mixer, my handyman noted that the hot/cold piping was quite uneven, causing the installed mixer to be slanted. Kudo Plumbing Pte Ltd was contacted to make good the situation but charged the mixer/shower set installation fees. The shower set was not even installed. Appreciate Kudo Plumbing Pte Ltd's swift response time. However, the workmanship on pipe altering is not to my liking - I have to worry there will be internal water leaking due to the dents created. The uneven hot/cold piping caused problems when installing the mixer. Correct me if this is the market standard.

My family recently engaged this plumbing service to fix a broken tap, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The plumber who arrived seemed inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing. What should have been a quick repair took nearly two hours due to his confusion and lack of efficiency. To make matters worse, he accidentally flooded our wooden cabinet when he went outside to adjust the water meter without properly closing the pipes first. He also blamed us for the cabinet’s size, claiming it was too small—even though there was ample space for him to work. This was completely unprofessional and felt like an excuse for his poor performance. Overall, the service was subpar, and I wouldn’t recommend them unless they improve their training and professionalism.

Texted them on a Saturday in regards to toilet installation. (Claimed 24/7 btw) Straight off the bet told me cannot do? Cannot do or you cannot do? Asked and got ghosted after. He probably only replies to those who he can do only, anything outside his scope he does not have the courtesy to inform the potential customer a proper direction.

I chanced upon this company on carousel.Fast response. I gave photos of pipe/hose leakage. Straightaway they can provide timing and quotation breakdown. The plumber came as promise, punctuality excellent. He fixed all the leakage issues and even wipe the leakage water for me. Not many plumber will do that after repairing work done. Workmanship is solid. No more leakage. Definitely will come back for Kudo Plumbing!
