"Fast response and excellent service. I cannot recommend John enough. I had a huge flying cockroach in my place and he was incredibly meticulous in finding it. He even went through the effort of carefully checking the jeans hanging on my rack one by one to ensure it wasn't hiding in the folds. He didn't just look around he was very careful to move and check every single pair of jeans on my hanging stand to make sure the pest was gone. Truly professional and went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe in my home again His attention to detail and respect for my belongings gave me such peace of mind. Excellent service!"

From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I understood what would be done and how long the results would last. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and got straight to work. It was clear that they were highly skilled and experienced in tick control. After the fumigation, the boss Edwin watsapp me did we still see any ticks. Unfortunately we still found ticks and he do a second time this time we haven't seen a tick since. "Given the cost of an annual contract it’s really not worth it. This was our experience: * At the start of the contract we had what amounted to an infestation (15+ cockroaches seen in 2–3 weeks). * Multiple visits were made, but the source of the problem was never addressed. They just laid more traps and poison so we had dead cockroaches but they kept coming. * The issue was only resolved when *I* identified and sealed the entry point myself. Since then (the past 8+ months), we’ve hardly seen another cockroach. * The company’s approach feels reactive — laying poison rather than tackling root causes. * Poison and traps were left in place until mouldy, with no proactive removal or replacement. When asked, the team did replace the traps but did not remove old mouldy poison left on previous visits. That said, the customer service is always responsive and was able to send technicians round with short notice. The team were also friendly and polite which is appreciated but that’s not really what we are paying for!"
