Got a pest problem in bedroom. Since unsure if termites or bedbugs, took some pics. Google for information & came across Pentapest (which received consistent good reviews). Trying my luck, i WhatsApp Pentapest for advice. In
Rosli was responsive and able to advice us accordingly on the treatment that were needed for our infestation on the phone. Fadhil and Zul were very detailed in their work and were transparent with every step and action they took while doing the treatment. They even started their "inspection" before the schedule timing. Truly impressive. Overall good experience. Highly recomended.
Sulaiman was amazing. Came on short notice for me, especially when I had returned from a long time of not being in my flat. Added baits, flushed completely and was very reassuring. Came back a few days after to add in more protection and better control. He was amazing, will definitely use regularly to flush out my flat.

Extremely disappointed with the bad customer service & unreliability of this Company. I decided to engage them after reading positive reviews. I was told to pay $120 nett for inspection & if there's termites, I specified through WhatsApp that I will go for $180 package which includes 1 inspection & 1 treatment. After receiving a copy of the service report, I return the company miss call & I told the contractor I will do a internet banking of $120 nett since there's no termites found as stated in the report but the contractor insist I pay $180 as he claimed that according my WhatsApp, I wanted the $180 package. I told him that I only wanted the $180 package if treatment is needed according to what is stated in my WhatsApp. After arguing over the phone for sometime, then he finally gave in. When I remitted the money to him, not a word of "thanks" was given.
