Given the cost of an annual contract it’s really not worth it. This was our experience: * At the start of the contract we had what amounted to an infestation (15+ cockroaches seen in 2–3 weeks). * Multiple visits were made, but the source of the problem was never addressed. They just laid more traps and poison so we had dead cockroaches but they kept coming. * The issue was only resolved when *I* identified and sealed the entry point myself. Since then (the past 8+ months), we’ve hardly seen another cockroach. * The company’s approach feels reactive — laying poison rather than tackling root causes. * Poison and traps were left in place until mouldy, with no proactive removal or replacement. When asked, the team did replace the traps but did not remove old mouldy poison left on previous visits. That said, the customer service is always responsive and was able to send technicians round with short notice. The team were also friendly and polite which is appreciated but that’s not really what we are paying for!

Superb and quality service! Mr. Helmi, MD of Protect Pest Control and his team were extremely thorough, efficient, careful and prompt with handling the ant situation at our home. No matter how much we cleaned, there were trails of ants along the borders of our walls, kitchen countertops and cupboards. Eventually, we contacted Protect Pest Control to help us resolve our issue and they took care of the matter expeditiously. Effects were immediate and we're very pleased with the results. Extremely good service and reliable. Called them twice to my home to get rid of the book lice and it’s very effective. The guys that came over the fumigate my place were also very efficient and helpful. They didn’t make a mess out of it.
