"I have good experience with installation of my KDK fan from the seller via Shopee. They are willing to help me address my issue as my window is a half panel window linked to the air con ledge so it needs to be able to open and they are able to extend my wire for me to open my window. Kudos to that. They also offer additional solutions for managing the ventilation fan and the lighting in my toilet as they are now connected on additional charges. I do have a pleasant experience with them. Installation takes about 1-2 weeks for arrangements. They are willing to accommodate when I wasn’t available on the dates they suggested. Pleasant service. Satisfied."
