I completed my renovation back in April 2025, and even after comparing many options, your LEDs fit my needs and budget the best. Your customer service — both before and after the sale — has been exceptional. Your patience, technical knowledge, and quick replies whenever I had questions made such a big difference. Even after more than six months since installing everything, you still responded with the same level of care and helpfulness. Thanks to your guidance, as I recently moved into new house - we finally figured out with the electrician's feedback - their earlier team had not done the connection correctly and they did not test with the remote to adjust color tone validation. One hidden electrical supplies shop selling stuffs cheaper than Lazada and Shopee. I got a 2 gang 1 way switch at half the cost compared to Lazada!
Only came across Guan Seng Electrical while searching online and boy was it the best decision! The whole process from enquiry to installation was so smooth, professional and just all round good vibes from Joanne right down to Jimmy and Yuan! Joanne was so quick and patient in responding to all my queries via Whatsapp. Jimmy was quick in providing a quote and was clear in his pricing so there was no misunderstanding. Yuan the installer was polite and friendly. Joanne and JImmy even accommodated all my last minute purchases and installation. Was supposed to only be installation of 2 ceiling lights, 1 x 13 amp powerpoint and 1 x Fanco fan but ended up buying 3 more ceilling lights. Oh and they accept CDC vouchers. WIll def purchase from them again. Thank you!
