I have good experience with installation of my KDK fan from the seller via Shopee. They are willing to help me address my issue as my window is a half panel window linked to the air con ledge so it needs to be able to open and they are able to extend my wire for me to open my window. Kudos to that. They also offer additional solutions for managing the ventilation fan and the lighting in my toilet as they are now connected on additional charges. I do have a pleasant experience with them. Installation takes about 1-2 weeks for arrangements. They are willing to accommodate when I wasn’t available on the dates they suggested. Pleasant service. Satisfied.

Highly recommended to purchase your home renovation lights or replacement lights from this shop! The prices here are more reasonable and suits new owners who have a tight budget for lights. I would say that the prices here are at least 30% to even 50% difference from the atas “lights shop” that you see in geylang, bendeemer, jalan besar etc depending on your light design/model. I was attended to the friendly lady boss who asked her daughter to assist me with my lights queries. Lady boss daughter was very friendly, approachable, professional, knowledgeable (she knows her stuff so please don't try to smoke her or confuse her with your “expert” knowledge 🤣) and does not hard sell her products. She will recommend you the suitable lights design and the type of bulb/wattage for your house based on what you share with her. She is very easy going, transparent and do not over promise especially for the delivery dates which I am appreciative on that. Last but not least, she was able to give me a final reasonable price after a small discount which is well within my budget and I would say a very decent pricing for the amount of lights + bulb I bought. All in all, I would highly recommend you to drop by and purchase your home lights here if you are around the area or check out their website or their official shopee shop if you prefer online shopping! Bought KDK ventilation fans from them on Shopee and the whole experience was great. The customer support on WhatsApp was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. Unlike official KDK, cutting an acrylic panel to replace the existing glass panel is included in the standard installation (official KDK charges extra). The installation was quick and most important I am still able to open both my common and MBR toilet windows, the handles are not blocked by the fans.

Am very happy with the installation of the ventilation fans for both of my bathrooms. They were professional and did a good job. Very good customer service also. Would recommend them if you need to install ventilation fans for your bathroom.
