"I recently engaged Technician Aslam from City Cooling Pte Ltd, for aircon servicing and I’m extremely satisfied with the work done. The technician arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He cleaned every part thoroughly, checked for any issues, and even gave useful tips on maintenance. My aircons now blow cold air perfectly and are much quieter than before. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, no hidden charges at all. "Messy admin, no invoice after servicing if you sign contract with them. Serviced in Oct and when I sent chaser for invoice, it's dated the day invoice is generated. Need to send chaser and cannot backdate the invoice based on actual servicing date. Address amd website in google are different from their invoice."
