Both technicians did a wonderful job servicing my air conditioners. They managed to identify and fix an issue with one of the units that had been troubling me for some time. Previously, it wasn't cooling properly, but after the servicing and repairs, it is working perfectly. They also took the time to share useful tips on how to operate and maintain the air conditioner efficiently. I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent service. First time engaging So Cool Aircon Servicing and had a good overall experience. Their pricing is within the market rate, and booking through WhatsApp was very convenient and hassle-free. The technician, Ah Yao, arrived earlier than the scheduled time (originally 5–6pm, but came around 4pm), which was a pleasant surprise. My parents attended to him initially, and after I got home, he took the initiative to call and explain the condition of my aircon. He mentioned that the units were quite dirty, and one of the rollers was rusty and couldn’t be removed, so he proceeded accordingly. He carried out a chemical wash for one unit and a normal wash for another, and also helped to flush the drainage. After the servicing, the aircon definitely felt cooler, so I believe the job was done properly. For context, I do basic cleaning myself, but it didn’t improve the temperature much, so this servicing did make a noticeable difference. SoCool is quick in response and very convenient to engage. Brandon did a great job servicing my aircon. He cleaned it thoroughly and clearly explained the maintenance needed, possible upgrades, and the repair for the twisted pipe. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

technicians are polite and friendly. they are also able to assess my air con’s problems and give solutions to prevent air con from being clogged. the cleaning service was also quick and efficient. highly recommended. this is not the first time i have serviced my air con with them, and will definitely not be the last. they do not hardsell other unnecessary services unlike other contractors that i have previously engaged. appreciate it a lot! thumbs up!!
