City Cooling Pte Ltd - Aircon Specialist Singapore

I recently engaged Technician Aslam from City Cooling Pte Ltd, for aircon servicing and I’m extremely satisfied with the work done. The technician arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He cleaned every part thoroughly, checked for any issues, and even gave useful tips on maintenance. My aircons now blow cold air perfectly and are much quieter than before. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, no hidden charges at all. Will definitely book them again and highly recommend to everyone!

Use at your own risk. Just used them for servicing today. Aircons have been regularly serviced every 3 months, last service had no issues (not by them). Come for the first time today already pushing for many unwarranted services - stating condenser is VERY dirty and requires chemical cleaning and Gas topup. My aircons are all still working very well and are still very cooling with great airflow. Wondering why such services are suddenly brought up. We all know that gas dont just drop by itself and require regular topup. Does he mean that there is a LEAK somewhere and if that is so why didnt he suggest a leak check but just GAS topups? Honestly sounds like a scam to earn a quick buck. (I have friends who used their services as well, seems like this Gas topup and chemical wash combo are frequently suggested to them as well). Use it at your own risk. If you are fine with not trusting your aircon servicing for proper maintenance and problem checks, then please go ahead. Definitely not a trust worthy company

I am very satisfied with the air-conditioning servicing provided by Pappu and Hasan. They handled and serviced all three air-conditioning units with great care and professionalism. Their work was thorough, efficient, and well-organized, ensuring that each unit was properly checked and cleaned. They were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work they carried out. Overall, an excellent service experience, and I highly appreciate their good handling and quality servicing. My usual Aircon men quoted me $1000 for ducted aircon chemical wash in the ceiling. Hence went google and found City Cooling which can done it in half the price. They arrived early and call me at 1:30pm sharp which is our appointment time. Fast work and provide photo before and after cleaning. No hidden cost and fuss free
